Furrylio ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the French Data Protection Act ("Loi Informatique et Libertés" of 6 January 1978, as amended) and the ePrivacy Directive.

2. What we collect

• Account & contact data: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address.
• Order data: products purchased, price, payment status (we do not store card or bank details).
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Communications: emails or chat messages you send us.

3. Why we use it (lawful basis)

• Contract — to process and deliver your order.
• Legal obligation — accounting and tax records kept for 10 years (art. L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
• Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, service improvement, security.
• Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies (you can withdraw at any time).

4. Who we share it with

Payment provider (Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands — for iDEAL, Bancontact, cards and other methods), shipping carriers, our hosting and email providers, and tax authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.

5. International transfers

Data is processed within the EEA. Where a processor is outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Order and invoice data: 10 years (accounting obligation). Account data: until you delete your account. Marketing: until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), www.cnil.fr.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption, access controls and reputable hosting providers. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password.
